- How do I know which solution I need?
- If the problem is still fuzzy, start with a workflow audit. If you already know the constraint, a build. If the question is which AI rules apply to you, AI compliance. Unsure is fine. Say so on the contact form and we will tell you which path fits, or if none does.
- Do you work with small businesses, or only large ones?
- Both. A coffee shop, a driving instructor, a global travel company. Different scale, same standard. The work is sized to the operation.
- Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
- The workshop is in Swansea, Wales. We work with businesses locally and worldwide. Most engagements run remotely; in-person is possible when the work needs it.
- How fast do you reply?
- Usually within one working day. A real person reads every message. No chatbot, no funnel, no “we'll be in touch” black hole.
- Who owns the work when it's done?
- You do. Code, data and keys are yours at hand-over. Consulting notes and the written scope are yours to keep. Products we ship on our own domains have their own terms inside the product.
- What is not a fit?
- Bolting AI onto a process nobody has named. A large-agency shape with account managers and slide decks. Asking us to replace your lawyers. If that is the brief, we will say so quickly.
